Prof. Dr. Thommes (Institute of Separation Science and Technology) and Prof. Dr. Hartmann (Professor for Catalysis, Erlangen Center for Research and Catalysis) are among the TOP 50 of the worldwide most cited researchers. This is a result of the new Stanford List, which is based on the evaluation of Scopus by researchers of the Stanford University. Approximately 200.400 researchers are among the most cited 2% according to the Standford list. 9.924 researchers from german universities are listed – 227 of them from the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg (FAU).
